Requirements

Bachelor degree (S1) from a reputable University, Psychology Majoring with GPA min. 3.00 

Male/Female max. 33 years old per March 2023 at least 3 years experiences

Experience in managing assessment competency & employee development program

Having the ability to analyze the results of psychological tests will be a consideration

Active in organization, proactive, always make room for improvements

Excellent proficiency of English and Computer savvy

Professional attitude & preferably non-smoker
